Forty years ago, I started this business purely by chance when an opportunity to do repair work on steel gasoline tanks was presented to me. As I accumulated experience and expertise, I began to manufacture gasoline tanks of my own. Then, when the 1979 energy crisis hit,Throughout the centuries,  The country lacked people with the necessary skill-sets to build service stations needed to meet booming demand. We were approached to submit bids to build service stations all over the country. We had to learn fast and learning fast we did. Hence, the start of our construction business shortly ensued.

Back then, I would have never imagined that today I would employ over 1,000 people, many of whom are engineers, architects, designers, and professionals in their field. I myself did not attend an engineering or design school. What I learned, I learned from actual field work, from going to construction sites and spending days there. I also believe in passion. My passion lies in machinery. I love to study its mechanism, what makes it works, what does not. If people pursue their passion and make it a career, anything can be successful.

Today I am very proud that the company I established, Channakorn Engineering Co., Ltd., has become one of the leading construction and manufacturing companies in Thailand. We would not have achieved this status without our dedicated team of hard-working men and women, some of whom have been with us since the company’s inception. I am proud to call them my extended family. I believe that this family will continue to strive to its very best to deliver products and services of superior quality  to our current and future customers. The company will keep evolving and developing itself to keep up with a changing and expanding marketplace as well as new technologies. Above all, the customers must come first and exceeding their expectations will become the company's primary objective.
